Have you adopted a cat from Buddies Place? Did it change your life?

The Petco Foundation believes Love Changes Everything and this year’s Holiday Wishes campaign is focused on adoption success stories. So, tell us about how your adopted pet has made your life better. Examples can range from the simplest things that bring more joy to life each and every day, such as sitting home alone reading a book is now turned into sitting home with your favorite novel with a cat on your lap, or to more drastic changes like the stories we see on the news when the dog saves a family from a house fire or a burglar. Each of these stories, while very different, still show how much animals can significantly change our lives for the better. Your story should be a celebration of the relationship between you and your pet.

If you submit your story to the Holiday Wishes Grant Campaign you have a chance to win a year’s supply of cat food and a grant of up to $100,000 for Buddies Place. Submissions will be accepted starting October 1st, and earlier submissions have a better chance of winning (read the FAQ here).
